Grants Services

Landale Partners partners with organizations to provide a wide range of grants services including grant research, grant writing, and grant administration to support economic development, community development, infrastructure, and other projects. We aim to develop fundable proposals for grant projects. Here is our approach:

  • Assemble a collaborative team to fully develop a grant proposal
  • Review your organization to understand its mission, purpose, and goals
  • Review your strategic plan and business plan
  • Analyze existing contract and grant structures
  • Provide any necessary project planning and technical assistance
  • Develop a compelling statement of need
  • Explain how to respond to the need
  • Evaluate the organization’s capacity to execute the grant award

Compliance Services

Landale Partners assists organizations in gaining a higher level of compliance with various statutory and regulatory obligations. The goal is for our clients to achieve increased alignment between their business strategy, compliance structure, and organizational structure. We recognize that many organizations conduct operations without sufficient cohesion or connection between these elements. The result is violations of regulatory standards and inefficient business operations. Landale Partners seeks to assist organizations in identifying their compliance weaknesses and aligning their compliance structures with actual operations. We provide compliance-related consulting services in several areas, including federal and state grants; municipal bonds; federal civil rights compliance; HUD compliance; environmental compliance; DBE program compliance; federally registered investment advisors/investment managers’compliance; broker-dealer FINRA and SEC compliance.
